pub-list-5 formatting

    I am working on the pub-list-5 page in the CHAOS template and am having trouble getting it moved into my site with the proper layout.  I can open the original downloaded template and it looks fine (see attached: OriginalDownload), but when I copy the pub-list-5.html page over into my site (I'm working in Dreamweaver), it is formatted strangely (see attached: DownloadMovedToSite).  Notably, the publications are to the far left (they should be in the center), and the titles are not aligned properly (the second line bleeds into the thumbnail image and the author/journal lines are messed up too. I didn't edit anything in this page, I just simply copied the original and pasted it into my local site.  The only thing changed was I updated the path to the 'assets' folder since it was a different path.  Besides that, nothing.  So I can't figure out why it is doing this or how to fix it.  Please advise if you know what the issue is or what I can try.  Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the late response.

    Could you please post the URL of that page so that we could examine the problem live?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    Sure, this is the one I've been working on (same problem as the screen shots I've sent below).

    On a separate note, I also noticed now the page title/header (Publications & Technical Report) is now at the top of the div it's in, not in the middle, which is where it originally was and can't figure out why this issue is happening either.

    Hi,

    I guess this fixes the problem:

    change this form the style.css

    /*    Base
     *    ===================================================
     *  - Header variations
     */
    .page-contents *:last-child, #footer *:last-child {
        margin-bottom: 0 !important;
        margin-left: 20px;
    }

    to this

    /*    Base
     *    ===================================================
     *  - Header variations
     */
    .page-contents *:last-child, #footer *:last-child {
        margin-bottom: 0 !important;
        /*margin-left: 20px;*/
    }

    Thank you, that fixed it (weird though, since I never changed the css and it works in the template download), but I guess all that I care about is that it works.

    Thanks.

    Glad to hear that.

    Must be something else.
